Know what to hand to AI first. Get your time back.
The fastest way to waste money on AI is to build before you know what is worth building. This short engagement starts the other way. We map your whole role, decide together what AI takes off your plate and in what order, then build one real capability so you feel it working before you invest in anything bigger.
Most operators buy tools and start building before anyone has mapped what is actually worth building. That is where the money goes quiet. We start with the map, so everything you put in after it goes to a build that moves the needle.
You walk away with three things: a clear plan, one working AI doing a real job for you, and a clear price to build the rest.
Some tasks are easy to hand to AI and some are hard. The ones that run on your judgment take detailed work to get to a quality you would actually trust.
That does not mean we skip them. It means we are smart about order. In Session 1 we look at everything on your plate and choose the first capability together, based on two things: what saves you the most time, and what we can do well. The bigger lifts become their own build phases, done properly, after the map.
We build the capability that gives the most relief for the least risk. You see something real working, instead of one big thing built halfway.
Two hours each. The first two sessions are where I learn your work in real detail, because that is what makes the build something you can trust. I build the capability and your roadmap after Session 2, then hand both to you in Session 3.
We go through your actual work together. I watch how you really operate, not how you think you operate. By the end we produce:
An illustrative map for a typical operator, scored on the 5 Levels of Leveraged Work. Yours gets built from your real work in Session 1. The dark box is where a task sits today. The dashed box is where we can take it. The gap between them is the build.

This is the deep dive on the one capability we chose. I capture exactly how you do that task, step by step, so the AI can do it the way you would. This is the detailed, specific work that makes the difference between something that sort of works and something you actually trust.
Here is what mapping one capability produces, using an example: replying to a routine request that needs a file from your records. This is the detail we capture so the agent does it the way you would.
By the end, I have everything I need to build it.
Between Session 2 and Session 3, I build the capability and turn the full map into a phased build plan with prices.
We walk through the complete picture, and I hand you the working capability. By the end you have:
The full matrix of your role, where each function sits today, and where we can take it.
Live and in use, doing a real job, with a simple how-to so you can run it.
What gets built and in what order, sequenced around your business.
Hiring me to do this for you does not mean it takes zero time from you. For those six hours I am learning to think like you, so I can run your work without you afterward. That up-front time is what makes the hands-off part possible later.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Timeline | One to two weeks. Three sessions, scheduled to your calendar. |
| Investment | $2,500 total. |
| Credit | If we move into the build, this amount credits toward it. |
| Payment | 50% to start, 50% at Session 3. |
This sprint is done when all three of these are delivered.
The full matrix of your role, current state and target state.
Built, tested on your real work, and operated by you.
What gets built, in what order, at what price.
A short conversation to look at your work and decide together whether this is the right next step. No pressure. If you already have a clear map of your role and know exactly what to build next, you do not need this.
